ADVOCATE Karel Tip SC, Independent Chairperson of Mr. Gerald Majola’s disciplinary hearing, has dismissed the special plea brought by Mr. Majola’s legal team.
Cricket South Africa (CSA) is consequently able to proceed with the disciplinary hearing and this will carry on from next Tuesday, 9 October 2012.
