The Chevrolet Knights won the toss and elected to bat in the Momentum One-Day Cup match against the Nashua Mobile Cape Cobras at Boland Park in Paarl on Sunday.

The Cobras have dropped Beuran Hendricks after he suffered heavily at the hands of Wayne Parnell in the Momentum One-Day Cup match in East London on Friday.

He is replaced by Lizaad Williams.

The hosts, the defending champions, are at the bottom of the log after a series of disappointing batting displays and poor death bowling.

The Knights beat the table-topping bizhub Highveld Lions by six wickets in a rain-affected match on Friday, and have moved to fourth on the log.

Their bloody-minded batting approach against the Lions would have strengthened their self-belief for the rest of the Momentum One-Day Cup campaign.

They have retained the team that won so convincingly against the Lions.

Teams:

Nashua Mobile Cape Cobras: Justin Ontong (capt), Richard Levi, Andrew Puttick, Stiaan van Zyl, Yaseen Vallie, Justin Kemp, Dane Villas, Alistair Gray, Johann Louw, Charl Langeveldt, Lizaad Williams.

Chevrolet Knights: Ryan McLaren (capt), Werner Coetsee, Michael Erlank, Rilee Rossouw, Ryan Bailey, Obus Pienaar, Nicky Bojé, Johann van der Wath, Duanne Olivier, Shadley van Schalkwyk, JPH Triegaardt.
