Play started promptly on the second day of the Sunfoil Series match between the bizhub Highveld Lions and the Nashua Titans at the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium. However, just two balls were possible before the heavens opened and the players disappeared into the shelter of the dressing room. For the record, the Titans managed to add two runs to their overnight total but still trail the Lions by 278 runs, although all ten wickets are still intact.
