RAM Slam T20: RAM SLAM breaks new TV ground

THE RAM SLAM T20 Challenge will break new ground this week when both today’s qualifier at Buffalo Park and Sunday’s Final at the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium will go out to a live television audience outside the African continent for the first time.

 

Britain-based Sky Sports will be providing live coverage of both matches to their United Kingdom and Ireland audience.

 

“This is a further reflection of the high regard for our domestic game globally and the respect there is for the South African cricket product,” commented Cricket South Africa (CSA) Acting CEO Naasei Appiah.

 

The broadcast details are as follows:

 

  • Wednesday 3 April – Chevrolet Warriors v Nashua Titans, RAM SLAM T20 Challenge qualifier match – Sky Sports 1 HD, 4.55pm

Thursday 4 April - Sky Sports 2 HD, 1.00pm

 

  • Sunday 7 April - Final of the 2012/13 RAM SLAM T20 Challenge, bizhub Highveld Lions v Chevrolet Warriors/Nashua Titans – Sky Sports 4 HD, 1.25pm
