Moodley to make debut as SA women bowl first in 3rd ODI

Nadine Moodley will make her international debut when the Momentum Proteas women take on Sri Lanka in the third women’s One Day International in Potchefstroom on Monday.



South Africa have opted to bowl first after winning the toss on a flat wicket.



The team are wearing black arm bands in mourning of Darryn Randall, the Border Cricket player who tragically lost his life while playing a Premier League match against Fort Hare University for Old Selbornians at Alice on Sunday.




South Africa team:


Mignon du Preez (capt), Trisha Chetty (wk), Shabnim Ismail, Marizanne Kapp, Alexis Le Breton, Lizelle Lee, Marcia Letsoalo, Sunette Loubser, Nadine Moodley, Yolandi Potgieter, Dané van Niekerk, Chloe Tryon (12th ).



Sri Lanka team:


Shashikala Siriwardene (capt), Chamari Athapatthu, Dilani Manodara (wk), Rebeka Vandort, Lasanthi Madushani, Niluka Karunarathne, Sripali Weerakkody, Madhuri Samuddhika, Yasodha Mendis, Udeshika Prabodhini, Chandima Gunarathne, Nobet Ida (12th ).
