Henry Davids

Henry Davids has been a consistent performer in the franchise limited overs competitions for a period of time but he has really come to the fore over the past season in the Momentum One-Day Cup competition in which he has made 450 runs at an average of 40 with a strike rate of 90. This included the joint top individual score (with Richard Levi) of 166.

He has thrived on the extra responsibility of being appointed captain of the Nashua Titans squad for the four-day Sunfoil Series and this has been a further sign of the increased maturity of his game.

He has always been an excellent fielder and he has also become a more-than-useful off-spin bowler which makes him a very versatile performer in limited overs cricket.

He made his T20 debut against New Zealand at the end of 2012 and was the leading runs scorer in the three-match series. He made his ODI debut against Pakistan in home series at the end of 2013.
